Çalışan arkadaşlar iyiydi ama odalar çok konforsuz. Temiz değildi. Hoş bir deneyim olmadı. Bir çok hizmetten faydalanamadık. Duşta sıkıntı odu. Su akmıyor başlıklardan. Baya bir geliştirilemesin lazım. Yeterli hijyen yoktu. Personel eksikliği vardı. Diğer odalar temizlenmemiş öyle duruyordu. Fiyat performansa olarak daha başka konumlarda aynı fiyata kalınabilirdi. Çok bile.

Bayram tatilinde otelde 2 gecelik bir konaklamamız oldu. Ne yazık ki tesisi kimseye tavsiye edemeyeceğim. Enes haricinde kimse gerçek anlamda konulara vakıf değil ve müşteri ile diyalog kuramıyor. Zaman zaman resepsiyonda ve çevresinde bulunan elemanlara bir şey sorduğumuzda herkes birbirine soruyordu. Hijyen konusuna gelince odamız temizlenmedi, temiz olsalar bile çarşaflar, pikeler ve yastık kılıfları kokuyordu. Evet herkes güler yüzlüydü ama ortada bir boş vermişlik vardı. Çok insan, az iş gibi bir izlenim edindik. Bu fiyata bu kadar olur bile diyemeyeceğim çünkü web sitesindeki resimler son derece yanıltıcı. Aile tarafından işletilen tesisleri normalde çok severim. Ancak bu tesiste aile tarafından işletilen bir hava da yoktu. Iki günümüz boşuna gitti, evet fiyatlarınız çok uygun ama ne yazık ki bu yeterli değil.
